中小企業(yè)專利挖掘與布局研究

摘  要：專利在企業(yè)的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展中承擔(dān)著關(guān)鍵角色，有效挖掘?qū)＠蛯嵤＠季?，是提升企業(yè)核心競爭力的重要手段。該文以產(chǎn)品性能或技術(shù)提升為導(dǎo)向的專利挖掘工作為例，梳理專利挖掘和布局的方法和思路，為中小企業(yè)進(jìn)行有效的挖掘和布局提供參考和借鑒。

Abstract： Patents play a key role in the high-quality development of enterprises. Effectively mining patents and implementing patent layout is an important means to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Taking the patent mining work guided by product performance or technology improvement as an example， this paper combs the methods and ideas of patent mining and layout， so as to provide reference for effective mining and layout of small and medium-sized enterprises.
