房屋建筑屋面防水施工技術(shù)質(zhì)量控制策略

摘  要：在房屋建筑的整個施工過程中，屋面防水是建筑施工的重要環(huán)節(jié)。屋面防水效果的優(yōu)劣，嚴(yán)重影響房屋建筑的使用壽命和居住者的生產(chǎn)生活。文章從幾方面分析屋面防水施工技術(shù)普遍現(xiàn)存的問題，并從幾方面闡述保證房屋建筑屋面防水質(zhì)量的策略。

Abstract： In the whole process of building construction， roof waterproofing is an important part of building construction. The waterproof effect of the roof seriously affects the service life of the building and the production and life of the occupants. This paper analyzes the common existing problems of roof waterproofing construction technology from several aspects， and expounds the strategies to ensure the quality of building roof waterproofing from several aspects.
