摘要：針對履帶起重機轉臺結構形式和焊接過程中易變形的特點，設計了一種轉臺防變形工裝。該工裝為組裝式結構，結構簡單，使用方便，容易操作，適用于不同噸位履帶起重機產(chǎn)品，有效保證了轉臺生產(chǎn)質量，降低了工人勞動強度。

Optimal design and application of anti-deformation tooling for crawler crane turntable

Abstract： According to the structure of crawler crane turntable and the characteristics of deformation in welding process， a kind of turntable anti-deformation tool is designed. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure， convenient use and easy operation， and is suitable for crawler cranes of different tonnage.
