摘要：針對履帶起重機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)形式和焊接過程中易變形的特點(diǎn)，設(shè)計(jì)了一種轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)防變形工裝。該工裝為組裝式結(jié)構(gòu)，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，使用方便，容易操作，適用于不同噸位履帶起重機(jī)產(chǎn)品，有效保證了轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量，降低了工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。

Optimal design and application of anti-deformation tooling for crawler crane turntable

Abstract： According to the structure of crawler crane turntable and the characteristics of deformation in welding process， a kind of turntable anti-deformation tool is designed. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure， convenient use and easy operation， and is suitable for crawler cranes of different tonnage.
