開關(guān)磁阻電機的散熱工藝研究

[摘    要]開關(guān)磁阻電機作為1種高性能節(jié)能電機,逐步被市場認(rèn)可,但是制約其發(fā)展1個重要因素就是功率密度只能和異步機相當(dāng)。文章針對開關(guān)磁阻電機內(nèi)部熱源進行分析,從開關(guān)磁阻電機熱傳導(dǎo)方式進行論述,提出了1種改善電機散熱的工藝方法,從而達到增加開關(guān)磁阻電機功率密度的效果。

[Abstract]As a high-performance energy-saving motor, the switched reluctance motor is gradually recognized by the market, but an important factor restricting its development is that the power density can only be comparable to that of asynchronous motor. This paper analyzes the internal heat source of the switched reluctance motor, discusses the heat conduction mode of the switched reluctance motor, and proposes a process method to improve the heat dissipation of the motor, so as to achieve the effect of increasing the power density of the switched reluctance motor.
