【摘要】目的：分析遞進式目標護理干預對股骨頸骨折患者的護理效果。方法：選取我院2018年1月—2022年12月的100例股骨頸骨折患者，隨機將其分成為兩組。對照組采取常規(guī)護理，觀察組采取遞進式目標護理干預。結果：觀察組的下肢深靜脈血栓、便秘、泌尿系統(tǒng)感染和壓瘡發(fā)生率更低（P0.05），護理后，兩組股骨頸骨折患者的睡眠休息、娛樂消遣、家務管理、軀體、社會心理和交流評分均明顯降低（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the nursing effect of progressive target nursing intervention on patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods： 100 patients with femoral neck fracture in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group took routine nursing， and the observation group took progressive target nursing intervention. Results： The incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis， constipation， urinary system infection and pressure sore was lower in the observation group（P0.05）.
