補充維生素D對2型糖尿病患者胰島素抵抗的影響分析

【摘要】目的:研究并分析補充維生素D在2型糖尿病治療中的應用。方法:選取82例2型糖尿病患者,于2021年1月—2023年1月在甘肅省靖遠縣人民醫(yī)院就診,將其按照計算機表法進行分組,其中對照組(n=41)實施常規(guī)療法,基于此對實驗組實施補充維生素D的療法,對比兩組療效分析。結(jié)果:治療后,實驗組空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰島素(FIns)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、胰島素抵抗指數(shù)(HOMA-IR)指標水平均低于治療前,并且實驗組低于對照組,血清25(OH)D3水平高于治療前,并且實驗組高于對照組;血清25(OH)D3≥25mmol/L組FPG、FIns、2hPG、HOMA-IR指標水平明顯高于血清25(OH)D3

Effect of vitamin D supplementation on insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes

【Abstract】Objective: To study and analyze the application of vitamin D supplementation in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods: 82 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and treated in the People’s Hospital of Jingyuan County, Gansu Province from January 2021 to January 2023. They were divided into groups according to the computer table method. The control group (n=41) was treated with conventional therapy. Based on this, the experimental group was treated with vitamin D supplementation, and the efficacy of the two groups was compared .Results: After treatment, fasting blood glucose (FPG), fasting insulin (FIns), 2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPG) and insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) indexes of the experimental group were lower than before treatment, and the serum 25(OH)D3 level of the experimental group was higher than before treatment, and the experimental group was higher than the control group. The levels of FPG, FIns, 2hPG and HOMA-IR in serum 25(OH)D3≥25mmol/L group were significantly higher than those in serum 25(OH)D3
