綜合護理服務對慢性支氣管炎患者的護理效果觀察

【摘要】目的：分析綜合護理服務對慢性支氣管炎患者的護理效果。方法：隨機對院內(nèi)的慢性支氣管炎患者進行選取，均選自院內(nèi)2020年1月—2022年12月接收的患者，共80例，隨機將其分成兩組。對照組與觀察組患者分別接受常規(guī)護理與綜合護理服務。比較兩組護理效果。結(jié)果：觀察組對護理水平、護患溝通、環(huán)境、服務態(tài)度和干預效果的滿意度評分高于對照組（P0.05）；護理后，兩組的生命活力、角色職能、心理健康、情緒職能、生理職能、認知功能、總生活質(zhì)量及生理功能評分均升高（P

Observation on the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing service on patients with chronic bronchitis

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing service on patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods：Patients with chronic bronchitis in the hospital were randomly selected，all of which were selected from patients admitted in the hospital from January 2020 to December 2022，and a total of 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group and the observation group received routine nursing and comprehensive nursing services respectively.The nursing effects between the two groups were compared.Results：The satisfaction scores of the observation group on nursing level，nurse patient communication， environment，service attitude and intervention effect were higher than those of the control group （P0.05）；After nursing，the life vitality，role function，mental health，emotional function，role physical，cognitive function，total quality of life and physiological function scores of both groups were increased （P

慢性支氣管炎患者在急性發(fā)作時，由于機體內(nèi)的支氣管黏膜炎癥反應程度急劇加重，造成患者的痰量明顯增多，咳嗽、喘息、膿痰等癥狀加劇，且伴有發(fā)熱癥狀，極易造成氣道急性阻塞，使其生活質(zhì)量明顯降低[1]。（剩余3639字）
