微創(chuàng)旋切術(shù)治療乳腺良性腫瘤的效果觀察和臨床價(jià)值

【摘要】目的：探討對(duì)乳腺良性腫瘤采用微創(chuàng)旋切術(shù)治療的效果和體會(huì)。方法：將140例乳腺良性腫瘤患者隨機(jī)分成兩組，對(duì)照組采取傳統(tǒng)的小切口切除術(shù)，觀察組采用微創(chuàng)旋切術(shù)。比較兩組手術(shù)指標(biāo)、疼痛指標(biāo)、應(yīng)激指標(biāo)和康復(fù)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果：觀察組手術(shù)時(shí)間短于對(duì)照組，術(shù)中出血量和切口長(zhǎng)度低于對(duì)照組（P0.05）。觀察組術(shù)后6、12、24、48和72h的VAS評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組（P

Effect observation and clinical value of minimally invasive resection in the treatment of benign breast tumors

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect and experience of minimally invasive resection in the treatment of benign breast tumors.
