陰道分娩產(chǎn)后出血中預(yù)見性護(hù)理的應(yīng)用效果分析

【摘要】目的：觀察陰道分娩產(chǎn)后出血產(chǎn)婦采取預(yù)見性護(hù)理的臨床護(hù)理效果。方法：選取2021年12月—2022年12月收治的55例陰道分娩產(chǎn)婦資料加以分析，以雙盲法，對產(chǎn)婦進(jìn)行分組，對照組中的27例產(chǎn)婦給予常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組中的28例產(chǎn)婦給予預(yù)見性護(hù)理，對比兩組產(chǎn)婦護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：觀察組在不同時(shí)間段產(chǎn)后出血量、滿意度方面明顯優(yōu)于對照組，負(fù)面情緒改善情況明顯優(yōu)于對照組，患者疼痛感下降更加顯著（P

【Abstract】Objective： To observe the clinical nursing effect of vaginal delivery. Methods： The data of 55 vaginal deliveries admitted from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and analyzed， and the women were grouped by double-blind method. 27 women in the control group received routine care， and 28 women in the observation group gave predictive care to compare the nursing effect of the two groups.
