穴位敷貼配合護(hù)理對慢性胃炎伴隨失眠患者的干預(yù)價值

【摘要】目的：探究穴位敷貼配合護(hù)理對慢性胃炎伴隨失眠患者的干預(yù)價值。方法：選取慢性胃炎伴隨失眠患者70例，時間范圍2021年1月—2022年6月，隨機將其分為對照組（常規(guī)護(hù)理）和觀察組（常規(guī)護(hù)理+穴位敷貼），各35例，判定兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：干預(yù)后與對照組比較，觀察組癥狀評分更低，上腹痛、燒灼反酸、食欲不振消失時間更短，且觀察組ISI評分、PSQI評分更低，在護(hù)理滿意度方面，觀察組高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the intervention value of acupoint application and nursing for patients with chronic gastritis accompanied by insomnia. Methods： Seventy patients with chronic gastritis accompanied by insomnia were selected from January 2021 to June 2022， and randomly divided into control group （routine nursing） and observation group （routine nursing + acupoint application）， 35 cases each， to determine the nursing effect of the two groups. Results： After intervention， compared with the control group， the symptom score of the observation group was lower， the disappearance time of upper abdominal pain， burning acid reflux and loss of appetite was shorter， and the ISI score and PSQI score of the observation group were lower， in terms of nursing satisfaction， the observation group was higher than the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P
