【摘要】目的：分析經(jīng)顱超聲-神經(jīng)肌肉刺激治療儀治療腦卒中患者睡眠障礙的臨床有效機制。方法：抽取2021年1月—2022年12月本院收診的腦卒中睡眠障礙患者共計128例，其中64例應(yīng)用經(jīng)顱超聲-神經(jīng)肌肉刺激治療，納入到分析組中；64例行常規(guī)治療，納入到參比組中。比較兩組睡眠質(zhì)量及療效。結(jié)果：分析組治療后PSQI評分顯著低于參比組同期及本組治療前，數(shù)據(jù)比較有意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the clinical effective mechanism of transcranial ultrasound neuromuscular stimulation therapy instrument in the treatment of sleep disorders in stroke patients.Methods：A total of 128 stroke patients with sleep disorders admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected，of which 64 cases were treated with transcranial ultrasound neuromuscular stimulation and included in the analysis group；64cases with routine treatment were included in the reference group.The sleep quality and efficacy between the two group were compared.Results：The PSQI score of the analysis group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the reference group during the same period and this group before treatment，and the data was statistically significant（P
