【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of one-time root canal treatment of acute and chronic pulpitis. Methods： A total of 96 patients with acute and chronic pulpitis admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group， with 48 cases in each group. Results： The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group. After treatment， the masticatory function of the study group was better than that of the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group. After treatment， the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group. 牙髓炎是口腔科比較常見的一種疾病類型，導(dǎo)致疾病發(fā)生的主要因素為病原學(xué)侵入、器質(zhì)性損傷等，因?yàn)榛颊甙l(fā)病程度不同，所以臨床上將其分為急性牙髓炎與慢性牙髓炎兩種，患者的臨床癥狀均表現(xiàn)為陣發(fā)性疼痛或自發(fā)性疼痛，受涼或冷刺激后疼痛更為明顯，對(duì)患者的飲食與生活有著一定的影響[1]。（剩余4027字）
