【摘要】目的：調(diào)查老年人對(duì)于社區(qū)規(guī)范化護(hù)理服務(wù)開展效果的滿意度，分析相關(guān)影響因素。方法：調(diào)查1308名社區(qū)老年人對(duì)于社區(qū)規(guī)范化護(hù)理服務(wù)的滿意程度，從多個(gè)方面分析老年人對(duì)護(hù)理服務(wù)不滿意的原因和影響因素。結(jié)果：社區(qū)老年人總體滿意度為83.87%。滿意度優(yōu)良的老年人中，受教育程度高、對(duì)社區(qū)護(hù)理的了解程度良好、對(duì)常見疾病的認(rèn)知程度良好以及接受過健康教育的老年人比例高于滿意度差的老年人（P
