【Abstract】Objective： To explore the clinical effect of different doses of progesterone on anovulatory menstrual disorders. 月經(jīng)失調(diào)是指女性體內(nèi)激素出血紊亂或缺乏所致的一種婦科疾病，臨床上常表現(xiàn)為經(jīng)期紊亂、痛經(jīng)、出血量異常等，當(dāng)雌激素水平過(guò)低無(wú)法滿足子宮內(nèi)膜需求導(dǎo)致內(nèi)膜脫落，從而誘發(fā)出血，此種情況則為無(wú)排卵性月經(jīng)失調(diào)，不僅影響妊娠率，還易引發(fā)孕早期流產(chǎn)等，嚴(yán)重影響患者的身心健康及家庭和諧[1-2]。（剩余3608字）
