中部六省R&D經(jīng)費投入與結構分析

Abstract: [Purposes] To address the issues of insuficient R&D expenditure intensity and unbalanced development in the six central provinces,this paper analyzes the current development status and trend of R&D expenditure in these provinces,with the aim of achieving a virtuous cycle of R&D expenditure. [Methods] By analyzing the research and experimental development (R&D) investment and its intensity, the source and direction of investment,personnel input, patent output and scientific and technological paper output of the six central provinces,this paper reveals the R&D investment and output of the six central provinces in recent years.[Findings] There are some problems in R&D activities in Henan Province, such as low investment intensity of R&D funds,unbalanced allocation structure and insufficient participation in basic research.[Conclusions] This paper puts forward some suggestions,such as increasing the publicity and popularization of the importance of R&D investment,increasing the government's investment in R&D funds for enterprises,improving the structure and efficiency of R&D funds,and strengthening regional exchanges and cooperation,soas to provide practical reference for the government to make scientific decisions and macroeconomic management.
