不同開挖方法對鐵路瓦斯隧道通風(fēng)效果的影響研究

Abstract: [Purposes] This paper aims to explore the influence of diffrent excavation methods on the ventilation effect of railway gas tunnel.[Methods] Based on the actual engineering,numerical simulation analysis of gas tunnel under different excavation methods is carried out using FLUENT software.[Findings]The simulationresults show that the ventilation effectof the tunnel excavated bythebench method is better than that of the tunnel excavated by the fullsection excavation method,which reduces the gas concentration in the tunnel and makes it reach a stable state.The stable value of gas concentration is (204號 0 . 1 5 % ,and the required ventilation time is shorter,which is 15Os ;when the tunnel is excavated by the step method,the distance required for the tunnel gas concentration to reach a stable value is shorter.The stable point of the gas concentration is located at 2O m from the working face,and the influence range of the eddy current is smaller.[Conclusions] When the construction conditions permit,the step excavation method can more effectively enhance the ventilation effect of the fan and effectively reduce the gas concentration in the tunnel.

況,特別是煤系地層或富含瓦斯的地段,隧道在穿越過程中會面臨瓦斯涌出的風(fēng)險,因此,建設(shè)隧道時確保施工通風(fēng)的有效性成了不可或缺的關(guān)鍵環(huán)在隧道建設(shè)過程中難免會遇到復(fù)雜的地質(zhì)情節(jié)。(剩余4320字)
