金臺鐵路彈性支承塊式無砟軌道施工技術研究

摘 要:金臺鐵路為時速160 km/h的單線電氣化鐵路,在長度大于6 km的隧道范圍內鋪設無砟軌道,彈性支承塊式無砟軌道具有噪聲小、平順性高等特點,針對其在金臺鐵路施工現場的應用情況展開研究,并從施工準備、施工過程及質量控制要點三方面進行陳述,總結施工技術要點。

Abstract: Jintai railway is a single track electrified railway with a speed of 160km / h. ballastless track is laid within the tunnel with a length of more than 6km. The elastic support block ballastless track has the characteristics of low noise and high smoothness. According to its application in the construction site of Jintai railway, it is studied, and the key points of construction technology are summarized from three aspects: construction preparation, construction process and quality control.
