透明玻璃井道壁缺點(diǎn)分析及對(duì)策研究

摘 要：非隔熱隔光材質(zhì)的井道壁或扶梯桁架壁在太陽直射條件下容易產(chǎn)生高溫，井道內(nèi)缺少或沒有換氣孔等散熱降溫裝置時(shí)，會(huì)使井道內(nèi)設(shè)備（或驅(qū)動(dòng)站轉(zhuǎn)向站內(nèi)設(shè)備）產(chǎn)生各種高溫不良反應(yīng)。從設(shè)置缺點(diǎn)和產(chǎn)生危害等角度入手，闡述并分析透明玻璃井道壁（扶梯透明桁架）設(shè)置的不合理性，并提出一些整改的措施。

Defect Analysis and Countermeasures of Transparent Glass Shaft Wall

Abstract： The hoistway or escalator truss wall made of non thermal insulation and light isolation materials is easy to produce high temperature under the direct sunlight. When there is no heat dissipation and cooling device such as air exchange hole in the hoistway， various high-temperature adverse reactions will occur to the equipment in the hoistway （or the equipment in the steering station of the driving station）. The author expounds and analyzes the irrationality of the setting of transparent glass shaft wall （escalator transparent truss） from the perspective of setting shortcomings and hazards， and puts forward some rectification measures

0 引言

當(dāng)前，在舊樓加裝電梯、大型商場電梯等電梯中，透明玻璃式的井道壁越來越普及，相較于傳統(tǒng)的混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)或鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的井道壁，玻璃井道壁有易碎、易爆、透光性強(qiáng)、易造成次生危害、易于觀察內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)等特點(diǎn)[1]。（剩余5185字）
