In our urban construction， especially in new urban construction， due to the short modernization time， often appear in urban street culture fault， atmosphere loss and so on. Therefore， the psychological field theory and Gestalt psychology represented by Lewin as the evaluation system， through the analysis of the street scale in the construction of Guilin Lingui New District， resources are too concentrated， lack of places for behavior and "street gang" system， etc.， put forward the introduction of spatial justice theory， intensive form structure and other theoretical strategies. To provide insight into the perspective of understanding and building the sense of street atmosphere in the new urban district.
