Screen is a typical media feature in Jeffrey Shaw's works. Taking the development of digital technology as a clue， the article analyzes the relationship between the digital landscapes created through the medium of screens and human beings in Jeffrey Shaw's video installations. At the same time， it peeps into the impact of the iteration of digital technology on new media art works in the decades of rapid technological development. This paper enumerates Jeffrey Shaw’s video installations from different periods of time， focusing on the new interpretation of art， technology， and heritage by digital technology in an increasingly pervasive screen culture.
