The firing of ceramics depends on the furnace， and the design of furnace is crucial importance. Process of Double-hearth Wood Firing without Sagger in Jun Porcelainis unique， which fundamentally solves the environmental problems related to emission from traditional wood-fired kiln and the problem of excessive sagger space in the furnace. This article analyzes the technique characteristics of the new-type Jun porcelain furnace at many aspects， such as the furnace structure design. This article also summarizes a complete set of sintering systems with reference to the firing test.
