摘    要：本文對某散貨船典型舷側(cè)分段制作工藝流程進(jìn)行全面介紹，闡述分段劃分、腳手架、掃砂等主要工藝流程，及分段DAP、焊接、精度、預(yù)密性等主要工藝方法，總結(jié)其分段制作工藝。

Abstract： This paper gives a comprehensive introduction to the typical broadside blocks manufacturing process of a bulk carrier， expounds the main process such as blocks division， scaffolding， sand sweeping， and expounds the main process methods such as DAP， welding， dimension  control， advance tightness， as well as summarizes the excellent manufacturing process of this type of blocks.
