淺談3D打印技術(shù)在船舶領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用

摘 要:針對(duì)3D打印技術(shù)在船舶行業(yè)應(yīng)用中面臨的問題,提出分段式打印建造玻璃鋼船的方案;針對(duì)分段合攏,提出兩種膠接接頭形式;對(duì)打印過程中強(qiáng)力構(gòu)件的處理方式和分段布置形式進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,得到船體中部分段在3D打印時(shí)的最優(yōu)布置形式。

Abstract: In view of the problems faced by 3D printing technology in the shipbuilding industry, a new scheme of building FRP ship by printing ship blocks is proposed and two types of adhesive bonded joints are shown for blocks assembly. And later the methods for the treatment of the strong components and the arrangement of the blocks in the printing process are compared and analyzed. Finally the optimal arrangement of the blocks is obtained for hull mid blocks during 3D printing.
