某常規(guī)動力船改造成混合動力船的電池艙布置設(shè)計

摘 要:本文以某常規(guī)動力遠洋運輸船改造成混合動力船為例,較為詳細地介紹了影響電池性能的各種因素及電池艙布置要求,結(jié)合ABS船級社關(guān)于鋰電池使用相關(guān)規(guī)范,對該船改造成混合動力船的電池艙布置提出一種布置設(shè)計方案。

Battery Compartment Arrangement Design of a Conventional Power Ship Converted into a Hybrid Electric Ship

Abstract: In this paper, taking the conventional power ocean carrier transformed into a hybrid power ship as an example, it introduced in detail the various factors affecting the battery performance and the special requirements for battery cabin layout. Following the related rules of lithium battery use from ABS classification society, a design idea was proposed for the battery cabin layout as the conventional power ship pre-transformed into a hybrid power ship.

1 前言
隨著節(jié)能和環(huán)保的驅(qū)動、電池技術(shù)的發(fā)展以及船級社規(guī)范的更新, 零污染和零排放已成為船舶發(fā)展的主要趨勢,而基于鋰電池儲能技術(shù)的混合動力系統(tǒng)是最具優(yōu)勢和潛力的船舶動力系統(tǒng)形式之一,在滿足船舶最佳航速和推力需求下,降低燃油消耗,提升船舶經(jīng)濟性, 減少污染物排放。(剩余3749字)
