淺談加強(qiáng)艦船裝備通用質(zhì)量特性管理工作

摘    要：本文從落實(shí)艦船裝備通用質(zhì)量特性管理角度出發(fā)，分析了通用質(zhì)量特性與裝備性能特性的關(guān)系和艦船通用質(zhì)量特性工作現(xiàn)狀，提出了加強(qiáng)艦船裝備研制工作的對(duì)策和措施，對(duì)提升艦船質(zhì)量管理水平具有一定的借鑒作用。

Discussion on Strengthening General Quality Characteristics Management of Warship Equipment

Abstract： From the point of view of implementing the management of general quality characteristics of warship， this paper analyzes the relationship between general quality characteristics and equipment performance characteristics， and the present situation of general quality characteristics of warship. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and measures to strengthen the“Six-characteristics” work in the development of warship equipment， which can be used for reference to improve the quality management level of warship.
