一種單端反激同步整流防倒灌驅(qū)動電路設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要: 通過分析單端反激同步整流電路中倒灌電流形成原因,提出一種他驅(qū)式同步整流驅(qū)動電路設(shè)計(jì)方案。經(jīng)過理論計(jì)算和仿真分析,驗(yàn)證所提方案的可行性。搭建1臺輸出5 V/12 A的二次電源模塊樣機(jī),經(jīng)試驗(yàn)實(shí)測,結(jié)果表明樣機(jī)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對倒灌電流的定量控制。

Design of Single-Ended Flyback Synchronous Rectification Anti-Reverse Current Drive Circuit

Abstract: By analyzing the causes of the reverse current in the single-ended flyback synchronous rectification circuit,a design scheme for the externally-driven synchronous rectification drive circuit is proposed.The feasibility of the proposed scheme is verified by the theoretical calculations and simulation analyses.A prototype of the secondary power supply module with the output of 5 V/12 A is built.The results of the experimental measurements show that the prototype can achieve the quantitative control of the reverse current.
