干擾素刺激基因在腫瘤免疫中作用機(jī)制的研究進(jìn)展
[摘 要] 干擾素刺激基因(ISGs)是一種經(jīng)干擾素誘導(dǎo)、刺激后顯著表達(dá)的基因??赏ㄟ^(guò)免疫抑制分子的浸潤(rùn),免疫檢查點(diǎn)抑制,免疫編輯等方式抑制或者促進(jìn)腫瘤細(xì)胞的生長(zhǎng)浸潤(rùn)。本文對(duì)ISGs在腫瘤免疫中的具體作用機(jī)制及其在腫瘤藥物治療中發(fā)揮的作用作一綜述,有望為開發(fā)更為精準(zhǔn)的治療策略提供理論基礎(chǔ)。

Breakthroughs in the Roles of Interferon-stimulated Genes in Tumor Immunity

[Abstract] Interferon-stimulated genes (ISGs) are crucially expressed in response to interferons and play pivotal roles in tumor immunity.These genes can either inhibit or promote tumor growth and infiltration by modulating immunosuppressive molecules, immune checkpoint inhibition, and immune editing.This review examines the specific mechanisms through which ISGs influence tumor immunity and their impact on oncological drugs, aiming to provide a theoretical foundation for developing more precise treatment strategies.

干擾素(Interferon,IFN)是一種具有抗病毒、抗腫瘤、免疫調(diào)節(jié)和促細(xì)胞分泌等多方面作用的細(xì)胞因子,根據(jù)其結(jié)構(gòu)特征、受體、細(xì)胞來(lái)源和生物活性,分為3種類型IFN-Ⅰ、IFN-Ⅱ和IFN-Ⅲ。(剩余10662字)
