老年及體弱老年人群睡眠呼吸障礙的治療選擇

［摘要］睡眠呼吸障礙（SDB）的發(fā)病率隨著年齡增加而增加，人口老齡化使得臨床醫(yī)生面臨更多的老年SDB患者。有關(guān)SDB治療策略的推薦對(duì)象主要是中青年患者，但這些策略是否適用于老年，尤其是體弱老年患者的相關(guān)研究并不多。本文介紹了老年及體弱老年SDB的治療推薦，旨在為此類(lèi)特殊人群的治療提供參考。

［Abstract］Sleep-disordered breathing（SDB） has an increasing prevalence with age.Physicians have to confront with a growing number of elderly SDB patients due to aging.Current treatment strategies for SDB patients are based on the evidence from middle-aged and younger patients.It remains unclearly whether those strategies should be applied to elderly and frail elderly patients.This paper introduces and provides SDB treatment guidance based on available evidences for elderly and frail elderly SDB patients.
