新時代黨的治邊方略視域下少數(shù)民族檔案服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型研究

摘 要：論文闡述少數(shù)民族檔案及其服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型工作發(fā)展歷程，以及新時代黨的治邊方略對服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的指導(dǎo)意義，分析其滯后的表現(xiàn)，提出少數(shù)民族檔案服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型思路與策略，即以新時代黨的治邊方略為引領(lǐng)，從方針政策、制度構(gòu)建、資源建設(shè)、方法創(chuàng)新與檔案治理保障等方面推動少數(shù)民族檔案服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型。

Research on the Transformation of Ethnic Minority Archives Services from the Perspective of the CPC’s Border Area Governance Strategy in the New Era

Abstract： This paper expounds the development process of ethnic minority archives and the transformation of their services， as well as the guiding significance of the CPC’s border area governance strategy to the transformation of services in the new era， analyzes the problems of lagging performance， and puts forward ideas and strategies for the service transformation of ethnic minority archives. Namely， by acting on the strategy of governing border areas in the new era， we will promote the transformation of ethnic minority archives services in the aspects of principles and policies， system development， resource development， method innovation and archives governance guarantee.
