我國地級市檔案移動服務(wù)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀及創(chuàng)新舉措

——基于全國293個地級市的調(diào)查

摘 要：文章根據(jù)《檔案移動服務(wù)平臺建設(shè)指南》中檔案移動服務(wù)平臺及其功能建設(shè)要求，對我國293個地級市檔案局（館）檔案移動服務(wù)建設(shè)質(zhì)量進行調(diào)查，探析我國地方檔案移動服務(wù)建設(shè)最新實踐現(xiàn)狀及存在問題，由此從資源、媒體、用戶、平臺四個方面提出助力檔案移動服務(wù)建設(shè)的創(chuàng)新舉措。

The Current Situation and Innovative Initiatives for the Development of Archives Mobile Service in Prefecture-level Cities in China： Based on the Survey of 293 Prefecture-level Cities in China

Abstract： This paper investigates the quality of archives mobile service development of archives bureaus and archives in 293 prefecturelevel cities in China according to the requirements for the development of archives mobile service platforms and their functions in the Guidelines for the Development of Archives Mobile Service Platforms， explores the latest practice status and problems of local archives mobile service development in China， and based on the above-mentioned content， proposes innovative initiatives to facilitate archives mobile service development from four aspects： resources， media， users and platform.

在現(xiàn)代電子信息技術(shù)高速發(fā)展同新冠肺炎后疫情時代相交織的社會背景下，面對我國規(guī)模龐大的移動信息用戶，如何轉(zhuǎn)變以線下服務(wù)為主流的傳統(tǒng)檔案服務(wù)方式，開展以移動信息技術(shù)為主導(dǎo)，且更具靈活性、便利性、高效性和安全性的遠程移動化檔案信息服務(wù)，正在成為我國各級各類檔案部門服務(wù)方式和服務(wù)體系高質(zhì)量發(fā)展中亟須解決的問題。（剩余6761字）
