摘要 在總結(jié)校院一體化中醫(yī)護(hù)理實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系構(gòu)建與實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)該體系進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略管理態(tài)勢(shì)分析(strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats,SWOT),分別從政府、高校、醫(yī)院的角度出發(fā),探討我國(guó)校院一體化中醫(yī)護(hù)理實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系構(gòu)建與實(shí)踐的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),并根據(jù)SWOT分析結(jié)果提出發(fā)展策略和政策建議,為保證中醫(yī)護(hù)理人才培養(yǎng)和行業(yè)需求的緊密銜接提供參考依據(jù)。(剩余10517字)
