Abstract  The construction of medical alliance is an important step and institutional innovation for deepening the reform of the medical and health system in China.It is an effective way to improve the medical service system，improve the service ability of grassroots medical institutions，and promote hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.It plays an important role in optimizing regional resource allocation，improving the utilization rate of medical resources，improving the unreasonable medical treatment order，promoting the homogeneous development of medical institutions of different levels，and enhancing patients' sense of access to medical treatment.This paper mainly reviewed the construction and development of medical alliance at home and abroad，analyzed the basis and content of relevant policies，and provided reference for the construction and practice of medical alliance in China.

摘要  醫(yī)療聯(lián)合體建設(shè)是我國深化醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革的重要步驟和制度創(chuàng)新，是完善醫(yī)療服務(wù)體系、提高基層醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)服務(wù)能力、推進(jìn)分級(jí)診療的有效途徑，具有優(yōu)化區(qū)域資源配置、提高醫(yī)療資源利用率、改善不合理就醫(yī)秩序、促進(jìn)不同級(jí)別醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)同質(zhì)化發(fā)展、提高病人的就醫(yī)獲得感等重要作用。（剩余8358字）
