社區(qū)護士老年虐待識別水平及其影響因素分析

Abstract  Objective：To investigate recognition level of elder abuse among community nurses in Fuzhou and analyze its influencing factors.Methods：276 community nurses from 36 community health service centers in Fuzhou were selected as research subjects from November 2020 to December 2020.General information questionnaire of community nurses and Chinese Caregiving Scenario Questionnaire（C?CSQ） were used to investigate.Results：The total C?CSQ score of community nurses was 7（6，8）.The correct rate of identification of abuse dimension items were from 1.1% to 53.3%.The correct rate of identification of potential abuse dimension items were from 16.7% to 69.9%.The correct rate of identification of non?abuse dimension items were from 22.5% to 96.0%，in which one item had low correct rate of identification，with 22.5%，and other items was high，with from 80.1% to 96.0%.Logistic regression analysis showed that community nurses with technical secondary school education，unmarried，professional title of nurse practitioner or above，and years of community nursing work>10 years had better ability to identify elder abuse.Conclusions：The recognition level of elder abuse among community nurses is not high，so we should build training programs for different types of community nurses and strengthen assessment to improve quality of community elder care.
