我國出版公共服務(wù)社會化探索
[摘 要] 基于對出版公共服務(wù)的供需主體、價值關(guān)系、對接關(guān)系的分析,本文提出建立主體之間的協(xié)同關(guān)系,形成出版公共服務(wù)多元治理結(jié)構(gòu)、完善出版公共服務(wù)合作供給模式,推動政府主導(dǎo)與市場化運作相結(jié)合、健全出版公共服務(wù)社會化保障機(jī)制,促進(jìn)供需關(guān)系的良好運轉(zhuǎn)等具體路徑,以實現(xiàn)我國出版公共服務(wù)社會化探索。

Study on the Socialization of Publishing Public Services in China

[Abstract] Based on the analysis of the supply and demand entities, value relationships, and coordination connections in publishing public services, this paper proposes the establishment of collaborative relationships among entities. It advocates for the formation of a diverse governance structure for publishing public services and the enhancement of cooperative supply models for publishing public services. The paper aims to promote a combination of government leadership and market-oriented operations, and to strengthen the societal security mechanism for publishing public services. It suggests specific pathways to facilitate the smooth operation of supply and demand relationships, with the ultimate goal of advancing the exploration of the socialization of public services in the field of publishing in China.
