Topology optimization design of rocket bracket structure based on Ansys Workbench

Abstract: In order to reduce the negative mass of rocket,the lightweight design of rocket engine bracket is studied.Based on Ansys Workbench software,the solid variable density method is adopted to optimize the topology of the bracket model with the objective of minimizing the structural flexibility and optimizing thenatural frequency.After iterations of multiple schemes,the reconstruction model finallyachieves the goal of lightweight design by reducing the mass by 35% ,which provides a reference for the structural design of rocket components.
