環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂基復(fù)合材料層間性能改進(jìn)研究
摘 要 環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂基復(fù)合材料層間性能改進(jìn)主要有樹(shù)脂基體增韌與層間結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)兩種方法。樹(shù)脂基體增韌包括填料,膠膜,沉積等;層間結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)包括三維編織、縫合和 Z-pinning 技術(shù)。本文主要介紹了兩種復(fù)合材料層間性能改進(jìn)方法的研究進(jìn)展與當(dāng)下發(fā)展方向。

ABSTRACT The improvement of interlaminar properties of epoxy matrix composites mainly includes toughening of resin matrix and design of interlaminar structure. The toughening of resin matrix includes filler, film and deposition, and the interlayer structure design includes 3D braiding, stitching and Z-pinning technology. In this paper, two methods for improving interlaminar properties of composites are introduced.
