防爬緩沖裝置中薄壁管的準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)壓潰研究

摘 要 本文針對防爬緩沖裝置中的薄壁管進(jìn)行了準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)壓潰試驗和仿真分析,相比金屬薄壁管,復(fù)合材料薄壁管可減重40%,比吸能提高17%。并對復(fù)合材料薄壁管組件應(yīng)用在防爬緩沖裝置中,進(jìn)行了初步設(shè)計和仿真,對整體結(jié)構(gòu)可以有效降低質(zhì)量,提高吸能效率,更好的保護(hù)乘客的生命安全。

ABSTRACT In this paper, the quasi-static crushing test and simulation analysis of the thin-walled tube in the anti-climbing buffer device are carried out. Compared with the metal thin-walled tube, the composite thin-walled tube can reduce weight by 40% and increase specific energy absorption by 17%. The composite thin-walled tube assembly is applied in the anti-climbing buffer device, and the preliminary design and simulation are carried out. The overall structure can effectively reduce the mass, improve the energy absorption efficiency, and better protect the life safety of passengers.
