The Current Status and Engineering Practice of Resource Utilization of Construction Waste in Linfen City

【Abstract】:This paper focuses on Linfen City,analyzed thecurent status andbottlenecs ofconstruction waste resource utilization.By integrating engineering practices such as recycled aggregatesubstitutionand permeable brick production,a three-tier evaluation framework ("objective-criteria-indicator")was established,and the entropy weight-TOPSIS method was applied to quantify environmental benefits,economic performance,technological feasibility,and social acceptance.The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation value of resource utilization rate in Linfen City in 2O23 was 0.632(moderate level),with the main shortcomings being technical feasibility( 30% replacement rate of recycled aggregates)and social acceptance ( 35% resident participationrate).Based ondomestic and international advanced practices,optimization strategies such as enhancing sorting technology innovation,improving market policies for recycled materials,and increasing public engagement were proposed.
