Research on the Construction Plan of Expressways in Medium-sized Cities

【Abstract]：Inorder to study theconstructionofexpressways in medium-sized cities，taked the planning andconstruction of the middle ring expressway in Linfen Cityas an example，introduced theurban spatial planning and short andlong-term planning of themiddlering expressway.Itconducted research onthemain technical indicators of design speedand thecross-section fromthe perspectives of travel time，investment scale，and travel eficiency，and taked the current developmentand future planning intoaccount，finally determined theconstruction type of the expressway.
