陜西省柞水縣木耳產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策

摘 要：木耳是陜西省柞水縣農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品，也是當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)民增收的主要產(chǎn)品。以柞水縣木耳產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展為研究對(duì)象，通過現(xiàn)狀梳理和問題分析，找出木耳產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題，提出針對(duì)性發(fā)展對(duì)策，包括推動(dòng)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展、提升運(yùn)營(yíng)管理水平、拓展電商營(yíng)銷渠道和加強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境建設(shè)，以促進(jìn)柞水縣木耳產(chǎn)業(yè)健康持續(xù)發(fā)展。

Development Status and Countermeasures of Auricularia Industry in Zhashui County of Shaanxi Province

Abstract：Auricularia is a characteristic agricultural product of agricultural economic development in Zhashui County of Shaanxi Province，and it is also main product of increasing income of local farmers.Taking development of Auricularia industry in Zhashui County as research object，problems were found through current situation combing and problem analysis.Development countermeasures were put forward，including promoting development of whole industrial chain，improving level of operation and management，expanding e-commerce marketing channels and strengthening construction of market environment.It promoted healthy and sustainable development of Auricularia industry in Zhashui County.

陜西省商洛市柞水縣地處秦巴山區(qū)秦嶺南麓，境內(nèi)山大溝深，有“九山半水半分田”之稱，人均耕地面積不到0.067 hm2（1畝），曾經(jīng)是秦巴山區(qū)集中連片特困地區(qū)、陜西省深度貧困縣。（剩余4321字）
