農(nóng)民學院發(fā)展視角下的海南鄉(xiāng)村振興大學發(fā)展研究

摘要 從新型農(nóng)民學院發(fā)展的視角，通過對新型農(nóng)民學院的發(fā)展做法和成就進行分析，分析了海南鄉(xiāng)村振興大學的基本情況和使命擔當，強調(diào)了實踐操作和創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)，并與農(nóng)民學院進行了比較。最后，提出了明確使命擔當、適應服務主體變化、加強人才隊伍建設、創(chuàng)新管理體制、建立教育服務平臺等發(fā)展建議。

Research on the Development of Hainan Rural Revitalization University from the Perspective of the Development of Farmers’ College

Abstract From the perspective of the development of new type of farmers’ college，  this article  analyzed the development practices and achievements of the new type of farmers’ college. And we analyzed the basic situation and mission responsibility of Hainan Rural Revitalization University， and emphasized the cultivation of practical operation and innovative abilities， and it was compared with the Farmers’ College.Finally，some development suggestions  were proposed， such as clarifying mission responsibilities， adapting to changes in service subjects， strengthening talent team construction， innovating management systems， and establishing educational service platforms.

20世紀80年代后期，為解決“三農(nóng)”問題、促進農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，全國各地相繼成立了農(nóng)民學院，其主要任務是培養(yǎng)適應新時期農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展需要的各類人才，包括農(nóng)村基層干部、農(nóng)村專業(yè)技術人才、農(nóng)民工等；隨后，以湖州農(nóng)民學院為典型代表的一批農(nóng)業(yè)學院成為服務“三農(nóng)”的主要力量，在新農(nóng)村建設和脫貧攻堅的過程中起到重要的作用，為農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展作出了重大的貢獻［1］。（剩余9272字）
