The Impact of Cyber Populism on Ideological Security and Countermeasures -From the Perspective of Public Emergencies

Abstract: The struggle in the field of online ideology is becoming increasingly fierce,and special attention needs to be paid to the distorted impact of the spread of online populism under public emergencies on ideological security.At present, online populism presents new characteristics,such as the faster and wider spread of public events and the more frequent outbreaks of public opinions.The characteristics of anti-elitism, anti-establishment and anti-rationality have become more prominent.The participating entities are diverse and their interests and demands are scatered. The influence of online populism on ideological security is mainly manifested in three aspects: deconstructing mainstream culture and undermining social consensus; damaging government credibility and tarnishing the national image; belitling and defaming other cultures,and sowing discord among nations. The governance and guidance of online populism require strengthening the government's credibility and further uniting eforts, enhancing the government's governance capacity and governing precisely in accordance with the law so as to accelerate the modernization of the country's governance capacity, effectively resolve conflicts and promote social fairness and justice.

社交媒體與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的廣泛普及催生出了具有虛擬、便捷與去中心化特征的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間,給各種社會(huì)思潮及意識(shí)形態(tài)提供了一個(gè)新的表達(dá)空間和傳播渠道,但基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播的匿名性、交互性特征，網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間中思想觀點(diǎn)繁雜、信息混亂。（剩余11298字）
