私享極小·共享極大： 共享時代高密度居住模式下的微型居住策略

摘要：基于共享時代背景下居民行為和生活方式的轉變，提出“私享極小·共享極大”的微型居住策略，探索通過適當控制縮減戶型面積，充分使用城市公共資源、提高居住空間使用效率等措施，適應共享時代下居住建筑發(fā)展的新需求，積極思考未來微型居住空間的發(fā)展策略及應對方式。

Abstract： In the era of sharing， residents' behaviors and lifestyles are undergoing transformations.Proposing the Micro-Residential strategies of “Private Minimalism， Public Maximization”. This strategy attempts to adapt to new demands in residential building development during the sharing era by appropriately controlling the reduction of apartment sizes， fully utilizing urban public resources， and enhancing the efficiency of living space usage. It also considers the future development strategies and responses for micro-living spaces.
