Abstract:Tostudytheefectofinorganicvirifiedmicrosphereonthepropertiesofundisturbeddesulfurizationgypsum-based composites,this paper investigated the efect of volume doping of vitrified microsphere ( 5 0 % ~ 3 0 0 % )on the workability,mechanical properties,phicalpopertisdurabityftompositesbysingeaexperietaletdandfitstheialstrainrelatioship.Thetestresultssoedatteincreaseofvirifidmirosperedopingmakesthefowdegree,dryapparetdensity, thermalonuctiitydacalopetiofompositeatealoeallreasingtrduttatebioe ofthematerial has increased.Under the condition of 2 5 0 % volume doping of vitrified microsphere,the comprehensive performance of the material is optimal.At this time,the density was ,the thermal conductivity was 0.293 3 W ,the softening coeficientas.92,ndtedompresiveandflexuralstrengsofteompositesere9.68,2.896MresptivelyIndition basedonthecomparisonof teexisting models,teCASCmodelwaschosentofitetestcurve,anditsfitwiththetestcurewashigh. Theresultsofthisapercanprovideacertaintheoreticalbasisandeferencefortheresearchandapplicationofvitrfiedmicroshre undisturbed desulfurization gypsum-based light composites.
