摘要：報(bào)告1例慢性胰腺炎、胰管結(jié)石并空腸異位胰腺。討論了本案例的特點(diǎn)及其影響，包括該疾病誤診可能造成的影響。由于術(shù)中肉眼無(wú)法辨別空腸占位性質(zhì)，采取了病變部分空腸切除。關(guān)鍵詞：胰腺炎， 慢性； 異位胰腺， 空腸； 診斷； 治療學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目：四川省自然科學(xué)基金（2022NSFSC1581）

Chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic duct stones with ectopic pancreas in the jejunum： A case report

Abstract：This article reports a case of chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic duct stones with ectopic pancreas in the jejunum and discusses its features and impact， including the possible impact of misdiagnosis. Since it was unable to identify the nature of the space-occupying lesion in the jejunum， resection was performed for the part of the jejunum with such lesion.
