基于產(chǎn)業(yè)需求的現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟管理專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方案設(shè)計與實施

摘 要:以黑龍江農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟職業(yè)學院現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟管理專業(yè)實踐改革為例,系統(tǒng)總結(jié)基于行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)需求的人才培養(yǎng)方案修訂的依據(jù)和內(nèi)容。通過深入了解產(chǎn)業(yè)需求、廣泛開展調(diào)研、重構(gòu)課程體系、設(shè)計實踐體系、改革教學方法及構(gòu)建教學團隊等環(huán)節(jié),有效提升專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,為相關(guān)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)改革提供有益的參考。

Abstract: Taking the practical reform of modern agricultural economic management in Heilongjiang Agricultural Economy Vocational College as an example, this paper systematically summarizes the basis and content of the revision of talent training program based on the demand of industry. Through in-depth understanding of industrial demand, extensive research, reconstruction of curriculum system, design practice system, reform of teaching methods and construction of teaching team, the quality of professional training has been effectively improved. It provides a useful reference for the training and reform of related professionals.
