摘 要:結(jié)合寧夏自然氣候特點(diǎn),從羊肚菌生產(chǎn)場地環(huán)境、設(shè)施選擇、栽培季節(jié)選擇、生產(chǎn)場地及土壤處理、栽培種選擇、播種、營養(yǎng)袋制作、發(fā)菌管理、營養(yǎng)袋擺放方法、出菇管理、病蟲害綜合防治、采收、加工包裝、貯藏運(yùn)輸?shù)确矫妫榻B了寧夏設(shè)施羊肚菌關(guān)鍵栽培技術(shù),以供參考。

Abstract Combining with the natural climate characteristics of Ningxia, the key cultivation technologies of Morchella in facilities in Ningxia are introduced for providing reference from the aspects of site environment, facility selection, cultivation season selection, production site and soil treatment, cultivation seed selection, sowing, nutrient bag making, pathogen management, nutrient bag placement method, mushroom emergence management, comprehensive pest control, harvesting, processing and packaging, storage and transportation.

羊肚菌(Morchella esculenta L. Pers)是一種珍稀食藥用真菌,在菌物分類學(xué)上隸屬于子囊菌亞門 (Ascomycota)、盤菌綱(Discomycetes)、盤菌目(Pezizales)、羊肚菌科(Morchellaceae)、羊肚菌屬(Morchella)[1]。(剩余6412字)
