農(nóng)作物中代森錳鋅使用現(xiàn)狀及殘留檢測(cè)方法研究進(jìn)展

摘 要：代森錳鋅主要用于防治農(nóng)作物褐斑病、炭疽病、霜霉病等，由于長(zhǎng)期大量使用，其殘留威脅著人體健康，由此引發(fā)的農(nóng)藥殘留問(wèn)題也日益受到關(guān)注，因此檢測(cè)并嚴(yán)格控制農(nóng)作物中代森錳鋅農(nóng)藥殘留顯得尤為重要。對(duì)代森錳鋅防治常見(jiàn)農(nóng)作物病蟲(chóng)害種類(lèi)、農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)方法進(jìn)行綜述，以期為農(nóng)作物中農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)提供參考。

Current Status of Mancozeb Use in Crops and Research Progress on Detection Methods for Its Residues

Abstract Mancozeb is mainly used for the prevention and control of crop brown spot， anthrax， down mildew， etc.， due to long-term use， the accumulation of its residue threatens human health， and the problem of resulting pesticide residues is increasingly concerned， so the detection and strict control of mancozeb pesticide residues in crops is particularly important. The types of pests and diseases controlled by the application of mancozeb and the methods of detection of its residue in common crops is reviewed in order to provide theoretical reference for crop safety.

代森錳鋅屬于乙撐雙二硫代氨基甲酰鹽類(lèi)（EBDCs）殺菌劑，為灰黃色粉末，不易揮發(fā)，熔點(diǎn)為192～204 ℃，其主要代謝產(chǎn)物為乙撐硫脲（ETU）。（剩余6421字）
