西干渠水利骨干渠道基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)成效與措施

摘 要：通過對寧夏西干渠基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施現(xiàn)代化改造提升建設(shè)，運行管理、渠系安全和生態(tài)環(huán)境方面的變化，以及建設(shè)成效的分析，總結(jié)管理經(jīng)驗與做法，以期對今后水利工程基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施管理提供一定的借鑒。

Effectiveness and Measures of Infrastructure Construction of West Trunk Canal Water Conservancy Backbone Project

Abstract The modernization and upgrading of infrastructure construction of Ningxia West Trunk Canal， the changes in operation management， canal system safety and ecological environment， as well as the results of construction are analyzed， and management experience and practices are summarized in order to provide certain reference for future water conservancy project infrastructure management.
