南方某市城區(qū)非常規(guī)水源利用現(xiàn)狀與優(yōu)化策略研究

摘要：綜合分析了南京市秦淮區(qū)在非常規(guī)水源利用方面的現(xiàn)狀，包括政策引領、再生水利用、雨水資源綜合利用等，并探討當前存在的利用率不足、設施不完善、政策保障不足等問題。在此基礎上，提出完善政策法規(guī)體系、資金保障、能力建設和宣傳教育等對策，以期為秦淮區(qū)乃至其他地區(qū)非常規(guī)水源的高效利用提供參考。

Research on the Current Situation and Optimization Strategies of Unconventional Water Source Utilization in the Urban Area of a Southern City

Abstract： A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the current situation of unconventional water source utilization in Qinhuai district， Nanjing city， including policy guidance， recycled water utilization， and comprehensive utilization of rainwater resources. The problems of insufficient utilization rate， inadequate facilities， and insufficient policy guarantees were also discussed. On this basis， countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed to improve the policy and regulatory system， financial support， capacity building， and publicity and education， in order to provide reference for the efficient utilization of unconventional water sources in Qinhuai district and other regions.
